Does anyone have pictures of a Boxer and Wheaten Terrier mix? Or know of anyone that sells them?

I want to buy a Boxer and Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier mix. I love boxers, but I'm allergic. I am not allergic to Soft Coated Wheaten Teriers and I figure that a mix would be the best of both worlds. Please let me know!

The Boxer is described as a "hearing" guard dog, meaning he's alert and watchful. When he's not clowning for you, he's dignified and self-assured. With children, he's playful and patient. Strangers are greeted with a wary attitude, but he responds politely to friendly people. He's aggressive only in defense of his family and home.

There are lots of dogs ready for adoption from this site, http://xrl.us/beb5ic

Hope you find one. Good luck!

just because its mixed with a breed thats tolerable does not mean it will be "hypoallergenic".. you could still be allergic to a boxer mix.

Putting the Boxer in a mix will not ensure that the resulting litter will be "hypoallergenic" by any means. There will STILL be a 50/50 chance that the pup(s) inherit the Boxer skin/dander. In addition, it would NOT necessarily mean "best of both worlds" - the pups could inherit ALL of the traits you don't want.

Please do a LITTLE bit more research.

Ah, BTW - you shouldn't buy mutts from breeders. The dogs they breed aren't quality to begin with, so the chance of poor skin condition is pretty high anyway.

Sorry but its more likely you will be allergic. With mixes you cannot guarantee anything regarding looks, size, shedding/being allergic, or anything else. The dog could take after the boxer side or the terrier side or a little of both (more common).

Maybe just stick to a Wheaten since you know you are not allergic to them.
